About Karen

I am a therapist with a passion for helping others achieve their greatest potential. I am bilingual and bicultural.  I was raised in Honduras for the first 20 years of my life. Having been raised in a bicultural family and environment has given me a deep understanding and sensitivity to individual social and cultural perspectives.

My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help others effectively address personal life challenges. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
